This project adds another notch in our belt with the owner (who also owns the View House, the Med and Sports Column).  This was over a year complete gut of the old Landrys Restaurant to open My Neighbor Felix.  The owner pulled out all the stops with color and fabric and designs.  It really is a beautiful restaurant.
