What is inside matters
We do things a little differently here. And it’s not going to be obvious at first glance, but it’s the details that make the difference down the road.
Wood
All of our frames are built using only furniture grade maple/birch plywood and hardwood lumber. This products cost a little more but they are made to a higher standard than the OSB, Particle Board or CDX (construction grade) plywood you might see used in other manufactures. It holds screws and nails better, is more stable over time and makes a more durable product for the life of your facility.
Seats
At Smfg, we don’t use springs or nylon web or mesh for our seats. All of our seats are made from a solid plywood base and high quality high density foams. This allows a seat the is durable and comfortable to last for years with out sagging or pooling.
Craftsmanship
You can rest assured that we’ve seen it before. Our lead upholster has been with Smfg for 24 years. Our Lead cabinet maker has been with us for 19 years. Most of our production staff have been here for more than 5 years making booths, tables, hostess stands/wait stations and bar tops all over Denver and the nation The more complicated the better.
